This Refund, Resubmission, Membership, and Credit Policy (“Policy”) governs purchases made through Agenarys™, Agenarys Nexa™, AI Automation Economy™, and related services operated by Stellarys Resonance LLC™.
By purchasing any product, service, membership, validation, audit, API access plan, discovery service, or Agenarys Credits, you agree to this Policy.

Many Agenarys products involve professional review work, evaluation services, validation services, administrative processing, reporting, platform access, technical review, and digital service delivery.
Because work may begin immediately after purchase, not all products are eligible for refunds.

Passing is not guaranteed.
AGV eligibility is not guaranteed.
Nexa listing eligibility is not guaranteed.
AI discoverability outcomes are not guaranteed.
FREE CORRECTION RESUBMISSION
Each Agent Readiness Audit includes:
One (1) free correction resubmission.
Requirements:
•Corrections must be submitted within 14 calendar days of report delivery.
•Only one free resubmission is included.
LATE RESUBMISSION POLICY
Correction submissions received:
Day 15 through Day 60:
$97 Correction Review Fee
This fee covers:
•additional review
•processing
•validation
•updated evaluation
AFTER 60 DAYS
After sixty (60) calendar days from the original audit review date:
A new Agent Readiness Audit is required.

AUDIT REFUND POLICY
Once review work has begun:
Audit fees become non-refundable.

•Agenarys determines a refund is appropriate
Any exception remains at the sole discretion of Stellarys Resonance LLC™.

Once a Discovery Boost campaign begins, fees generally become non-refundable.
AGENT API ACCESS
Products:
•Agent Developer API Access
•Agent Builder API Access
•Agent Company API Access
•Agent Network API Access
API access fees are generally non-refundable once access credentials, access rights, or service availability have been granted.
Exceptions may be reviewed for:
•duplicate billing
•billing errors
AGENARYS CREDITS (AC)
Agenarys Credits are internal platform credits.
One (1) AC may be represented internally as equivalent to one United States Dollar ($1.00 USD) for platform accounting purposes.
Credits are not:
•bank deposits
•checking accounts
•savings accounts
•investments
•securities
•legal tender
Credits are intended solely for approved use within the Agenarys ecosystem.
CREDIT PURCHASE POLICY
Credit purchases are generally final once credits have been issued to an account.
Refund requests may be considered when:
•duplicate purchases occurred
•technical issuance errors occurred
•credits were never delivered
Approved refunds remain at the sole discretion of Stellarys Resonance LLC™.
UNUSED CREDITS
Unused credits may remain available according to platform rules in effect at the time.
Future expiration, redemption, transfer, or usage policies may be introduced as the platform evolves.
CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically cancel obligations under these policies.
Agenarys reserves the right to:

•suspend API access
•suspend credits
While disputes are investigated.
